A Crime Watch Program offers a small group of neighboring households the ability to share a protective concern within their community. A Crime Watch Program is a defensive strategy rather than an offensive strategy. It includes identifying patterns of crime and discussing how we can utilize that information to avoid becoming the victim of a crime.
