New Property Manager Introduction:
“Greetings from Ardsley Management! My name is Sheri Bayless and I am pleased to introduce myself to you as the new Property Manager serving your neighborhood! I’ve recently joined the Ardsley team and I am thrilled and excited to be here!
I come to Ardsley with 7 years experience as a Property Manager with the bulk of my experience being Homeowners Associations, specifically. I’ve been an active member of the Community Associations Institute as well as the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis and I also hold and active Indiana Brokers License. I live in Noblesville and have been a Resident of Hamilton County for the past 6 years. I have a 12 year old son and we very much enjoy getting out and enjoying the Community!
